The Nautilus Nitro Gravitron Assisted Chin-Dip is a versatile upper-body training machine designed to help users build strength in the back, chest, shoulders, and arms with adjustable assistance. Whether progressing toward unassisted bodyweight movements or adding controlled resistance, this machine supports every stage of upper-body development.

A partially shielded 245 lb weight stack, selectable in 5 lb increments, allows users to easily adjust assistance levels for chin-ups and dips. The knee pad can be locked down for full bodyweight training or used to provide smooth, controlled assistance. The multi-position chin bar accommodates a variety of hand placements, and it can be moved out of the way when transitioning to dip exercises.

Ergo Grip® rotating handles enhance comfort and promote natural wrist alignment, while super-smooth belt drives ensure fluid motion throughout each repetition. Built with durable 2" × 4" steel frame construction and classic variable resistance cams, the Nitro Gravitron delivers reliable performance in demanding commercial environments.
